The figure's existence was first unearthed in July by members of the Transformers World 2005 fan site, who found it hidden within the depths of an Amazon Australia listing. Draculus also comes with various accessories, including a cape, a blaster and Impaler claws, and is packaged in a case reminiscent of a VHS tape of the Dracula film. He stands at 5.5 inches tall and can transform from a Deception with pointy ears, bat wings and black and white decor - inspired by Lugosi's stately outfit in the 1931 movie - into a giant bat via 23 steps. Draculus, who feeds on the Energon fuel of living Transformers, was inspired by the classic 1931 Universal Pictures version of Dracula, starring Bela Lugosi as the titular vampire lord.
